Her expertise includes: organizational transformation and workforce strategy, leadership development and culture building, digital transformation, automation, and future-of-work and large-scale change initiatives.

Andrew Bendero is a senior Supply Chain and Operations executive with over 30 years of experience delivering operational excellence across diverse industries.
He served as General Manager for Supply Chain & Shared Services at REX Group of Companies, where he leads multi-functional operations and drives enterprise-wide planning and execution.
Andrew’s expertise spans: end-to-end supply chain transformation, integrated business planning (S&OP / IBP), cost optimization and efficiency improvement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution, and systems implementation.
Known for his data-driven and hands-on leadership style, Andrew specializes in turning complex operational challenges into scalable, efficient systems that drive performance.
