Rashelle is a senior Human Resources executive with a distinguished track record of building, scaling, and transforming organizations across multinational environments. She has been instrumental in establishing and leading major shared services organizations, including Manulife Business Processing Services, Reed Elsevier Shared Services, and Cisive Philippines, Inc.
Her expertise spans organizational transformation and workforce strategy, leadership development and culture building, digital transformation and automation, and future-of-work and large-scale change initiatives. Rashelle is known for building high-performing, award-winning organizations with strong culture, scalable systems, and sustained engagement.

Andrew Bendero
Co-Founder | Supply Chain & Operational Excellence
Andrew is a senior Supply Chain and Operations executive with a proven track record of delivering operational excellence across diverse industries. He most recently served as General Manager for Supply Chain & Shared Services at REX Group of Companies, where he led multi-functional operations and drove enterprise-wide planning and execution.
Andrew’s expertise spans end-to-end supply chain transformation, integrated business planning (S&OP/IBP), cost optimization and efficiency improvement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution, and systems implementation. Known for his data-driven, hands-on leadership style, Andrew specializes in turning complex operational challenges into scalable, high-performing systems.
