Rashelle Cejo
Co-Founder | Leadership & Human Capital Strategy
Rashelle is a senior Human Resources executive with a distinguished track record of building, scaling, and transforming organizations across multinational environments. She has been instrumental in establishing and leading major shared services organizations, including Manulife Business Processing Services, Reed Elsevier Shared Services, and Cisive Philippines, Inc.
Her expertise spans organizational transformation and workforce strategy, leadership development and culture building, digital transformation and automation, and future-of-work and large-scale change initiatives. Rashelle is known for building high-performing, award-winning organizations with strong culture, scalable systems, and sustained engagement.

Andrew Bendero
Co-Founder | Supply Chain & Operational Excellence
Andrew Stephen M. Bendero is an accomplished Supply Chain and Operations Professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, inventory control, logistics, procurement, warehousing, and organizational operations. Throughout his career, he has successfully led initiatives that improve operational efficiency, optimize business processes, strengthen inventory accuracy, and support organizational growth through strategic planning and effective execution.
A seasoned people leader, Andrew has managed large and diverse teams across multiple functional areas, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance. He is recognized for building capable leadership teams, developing talent, implementing performance management systems, and driving organizational excellence through disciplined execution and employee engagement.
Andrew is also an experienced trainer, facilitator, and leadership development professional. He has designed and delivered training programs covering supply chain management, inventory management, performance coaching, conflict resolution, strategic thinking, decision-making, problem solving, human resource management, workplace policies, and leadership development. His facilitation style combines practical industry experience with interactive learning methodologies, enabling participants to apply concepts directly to workplace challenges.
With a strong background in developing organizational policies, standard operating procedures, governance frameworks, and performance management systems, Andrew has demonstrated the ability to align operational objectives with business strategy while ensuring compliance, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.
